We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment. The best way to cancel an appointment is to either email us at info@rytualist.com OR text us at 207.317.3570. We are constantly checking email and text communication, and you can be assured it will reach us. Please cancel at least 36 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can open the slot to other clients. If you cancel within the 36 hour window, we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee which can be applied to a future appointment. A charge will not be applied if it is due to illness.

Yes, typically all skin treatments are scheduled for 45 minutes and you can change the treatment if it is a treatment of similar time allocation. If you are scheduled for injectable (tox or fillers) and want to change it up, it is best to email us at info@rytualist.com to determine if the change or add will work in that time slot.
It is likely that if the town/school systems are closed, we will not be open. We will reach out to you via email or text and let you know if our office is closed. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment. In the event our office is open but you do not feel comfortable driving to the appointment, please call, text (207.317.3570) or email us at info@rytualist.com to let us know. We are happy to reschedule and there is no late charge. We want you to be safe!

The following factors may contribute to bruising when you receive injectable treatment – Dietary habits (e.g., vegan diets), vitamin intake (especially Vitamin E), menstrual cycle, recent infections, medications such as ibuprofen or blood thinners, medical conditions, needle width or gauge, injection techniques, specific products used, and specific injection sites.
