Our mission is to bring greater accessibility to these treatments that truly prevent key contributors of aging AND supporting our local community in the meantime. We recognize prevention and personalization as essential aspects of effective skincare, and embrace the “less-is-more” philosophy with our innovative micro treatment services. MEET OUR TEAM
Bonny Rollender
Bonny is a passionate entrepreneur who has been successfully leading her mission-driven business in Maine for the past three years. After a fulfilling career in healthcare and raising her family outside of Maine, Bonny returned to her native state to work within and contribute to the local small business community. In addition to owning Rytualist, she is a certified skin consultant through Skin Masterclass, and offers specialized expertise and personalized care to her clients.
Alison Lee, DO
Dr. Lee is a physician and founder of Leeward Health + Wellness, where she specializes in sports medicine and aesthetic medicine. She has been practicing medicine for 14 years and specializes in non-invasive and regenerative treatments with her patients to ensure optimal physical and aesthetic health benefits. She brings her knowledge of regenerative therapies to Rytualist, which will allow us to expand our services to include natural PRP skin enhancements, seamlessly aligning her expertise with Rytualist’s vision of comprehensive, natural aesthetic care.
Chhoeun Thiv
RN, BSN
Chhoeun Thiv, RN, BSN combines her education in psychology, nursing and cosmetology to create a welcoming and caring approach to her client services. She has a passion for helping clients feel and look their best. Chhoeun has joined Rytualist as an aesthetic nurse injector and skincare specialist. She is a certified neurotoxin and dermal filler provider, and will provide skincare and injectable treatments both in the office and concierge (at-home) in the Windham area. Chhoeun collaborates with Rytualist offering make-up/hair/skincare custom wedding packages. On the personal side, Chhoeun loves being a sports mom and cheering on her kids at their games/sporting events.
Michaela Stephens
RN, BSN
Michaela has recently returned to the US after living abroad in London for 10 years where she worked as a nurse in palliative care and completed a comprehensive, masters-level program in neurotoxin and dermal fillers taught by London’s renowned Harley Street physicians. She has a innate ability to actively listen and help formulate creative solutions for her patient’s concerns. Michaela loves working with clients to enhance their own natural beauty, so they radiate confidence every time they look in the mirror.
Shanna Fratini
Licensed Aesthetician
Shanna’s passion for skin and self care led her to Spa Tech Institute where she realized the power of incorporating facial massage. She actively listens to help curate the perfect treatment to help clients look and feel their best. She holds specialty certifications in dermaplaning, advanced facial massage and ProCell Therapy microchanneling. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find Shanna reading, writing, hiking and getting creative on local film sets with sfx makeup.
MARKETING
Our volunteer marketing team keeps it all going, because it truly does take a village when it comes to producing quality social media, maintaining a unique brand image and understanding the analytics around how the business compares to other players in the market.
