Our mission is to bring greater accessibility to these treatments that truly prevent key contributors of aging AND supporting our local community in the meantime. Ashley Mace
MS, FNP-C
As a nurse practitioner in family practice, Ashley’s role has evolved over the past 5 years from working in a traditional hospital-based practice, to becoming an independent business owner, forging her way into the world of direct primary care. Her passion for health and wellness led her to pursue parallel interests such as yoga instruction and regenerative medicine. Ashley has been Rytualist’s Medical Director for 2 years and holds certifications in Aesthetic Medical Directorship and neurotoxin/dermal fillers. When not helping patients, Ashley enjoys going for a run, spending time with family, and getting her hands dirty in the garden.

Michaela Stephens

Michaela has recently returned to the US after living abroad in London for 10 years where she worked as a nurse in palliative care and completed a comprehensive, masters-level program in neurotoxin and dermal fillers taught by London’s renowned Harley Street physicians. She has a innate ability to actively listen and help formulate creative solutions for her patient’s concerns. Michaela loves working with clients to enhance their own natural beauty, so they radiate confidence every time they look in the mirror.

Founder & Chief Service/Product Curator
Best described as a closet entrepreneur, Bonny is returning to her native state of Maine to begin the next chapter of her life starting a business founded in mission and fun. After a lifetime of managing a career in healthcare and raising a family in various states with her husband, a return to Maine was in the cards. Bonny is thrilled to be able to contribute to the small business community in Maine and give back to the state that made her the person she is today.
Shanna Fratini
Licensed Aesthetician
Shanna’s passion for skin and self care led her to Spa Tech Institute where she realized the power of incorporating facial massage. She actively listens to help curate the perfect treatment to help clients look and feel their best. She holds specialty certifications in dermaplaning, advanced facial massage and ProCell Therapy microchanneling. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find Shanna reading, writing, hiking and getting creative on local film sets with sfx makeup.

Our volunteer marketing team keeps it all going, because it truly does take a village when it comes to producing quality social media, maintaining a unique brand image and understanding the analytics around how the business compares to other players in the market.
