Jennifer Howard, APRN, CRNA is the owner and lead injector at Beauty Mark Aesthetics in NH. She has an extensive background in nursing 18 years as an RN and 12 as an APRN. Jennifer been in business for 6 years and believes continual training in the science of aesthetic medicine is necessary to stay highly skilled is this field.
Jen has completed several advanced and anatomical aesthetic training courses with local and nationally recognized trainers. She has been recognized by lead product brands for her exceptional skill and has delivered training on an interim basis.
Bonny Rollender, MHA is the founder/owner of Rytualist Aesthetics Bar in Portland, ME. She has worked as an administrator and consultant in the medical practice space for over 25 years, specializing in operational workflow, training, digital health systems, new business start-up and marketing, sales and growth.
Bonny has been leading Rytualist for 3 years, experiencing double digit growth each year in a highly saturated market. She focuses on continual training for her team, transparency and education to build trust with clients.
Michaela is an aesthetic medicine nurse at Rytualist Aesthetics Bar, having recently returned to the U.S. after spending a decade in London. During her time abroad, she worked as a palliative care nurse and completed a comprehensive, master’s-level program in aesthetic medicine, taught by esteemed Harley Street physicians.
Michaela’s innate ability to listen to her clients allows her to craft personalized treatment plans that deliver noticeable results and build lasting confidence. An inquisitive and dedicated educator, she also mentors new nurse injectors, sharing her experience to help them achieve the safest, most refined, and aesthetically pleasing outcomes for their clients.
